State governments are actively encouraging integrated townships as they provide comprehensive living environments, provide jobs to thousands of workers, and of course, result in structured and optimum land usage. However, the minimum requirement for the land is 100 acres. The policies for developing the townships differ from state to state. Living in a vibrant community, to the security, and to the sheer convenience of having everything close at hand, home buyers in India are fast realizing that Township Living is the best way forward. There are so many reasons why Townships are becoming the optimal current residential format. With urban areas getting increasingly overcrowded and falling frighteningly short on space for further residential and commercial development, integrated townships have been singled out as the ideal solution. Townships are the modernized and sophisticated version. Since time immemorial Indians have been living in close-knit communities. Since the metropolitan cities are becoming overly crowded, many construction companies are coming up with township developments.
